半定量抗體芯片
Raybiotech的半定量芯片根據(jù)載體不同分為膜芯片和玻片芯片。膜式芯片可使用化學(xué)發(fā)光、比色法和紅外掃描來(lái)檢測(cè)信號(hào),靈敏度高,可檢測(cè) 蛋白濃度低至pg/ml;膜芯片非常易于操作,適用于大多數(shù)生物醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),其最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)為無(wú)需任何儀器即可進(jìn)行操作。玻片芯片所需要的樣品量更少,是膜芯片 的十分之一,易于自動(dòng)化操作。需要激光掃描儀來(lái)檢測(cè)熒光信號(hào)。

磷酸化抗體芯片
蛋白磷酸化在細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)、發(fā)育與生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程發(fā)揮著重要作用。RayBiotech磷酸化抗體芯片分為RTK人類受體71種酪氨酸激酶磷酸化抗體 芯片和EGF受體17種不同磷酸化位點(diǎn)磷酸化抗體芯片兩種。通過(guò)監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P拖到y(tǒng)中的蛋白酪氨酸磷酸化變化,便能快速檢測(cè)到細(xì)胞中的途徑激活作用,而不需 要經(jīng)過(guò)繁瑣的免疫沉淀法與Western Blot。
